WHO IS 1 ON 1 TRAINING FOR?
Youth athletes ages 7 to 18 who want individualized coaching to improve their overall athletic performance.

WHAT WILL MY ATHLETE WORK ON?
Training focuses on speed, power, agility, quickness, movement mechanics, and the athlete’s specific goals and areas for improvement.

WHERE AND WHEN ARE SESSIONS HELD?
Sessions are held in the Wesley Chapel area. Training dates, times, and exact locations are coordinated based on trainer and athlete availability.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be deducted from the package.

WHEN DO PACKAGES EXPIRE?
Single, 3 session, and 6 session packages must be used within 30 days. The 10 session package must be used within 60 days. All purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE?
Yes. When multiple packages are purchased at the same time, the expiration period is based on the total number of sessions purchased:

 
  • 1 to 6 sessions: 30 days
  • 7 to 12 sessions: 60 days
  • 13 to 20 sessions: 90 days

This selection identifies the general area where training may take place. It does not guarantee the exact training site. The final location will be determined based on the athlete’s needs, trainer availability, field or facility availability, and the conversation between the parent and trainer.

Is the athlete a resident of Seven Oaks?*
IMPORTANT RULES TO REMEMBER WHILE VISITING SEVEN OAKS CLUBHOUSE AS A NON-RESIDENT:
  • Non-resident guests of all Vendors, as well as any guests of those non-residents, are not permitted to use the fitness center, the gym, the pool, the tennis courts, or the outside park/playground areas without paying a daily usage fee in the amount of $50.00 per person.
  • Individuals under the age of 12 require adult supervision at all times. This includes all areas of the Clubhouse.
  • Individuals under the age of 15 are not permitted inside the fitness center.
  • Bare feet or wet bathing suits are not permitted in the clubhouse at any time. Proper attire is required.
  • Alcohol, glass, and pets are not permitted on the pool deck, tennis courts, or in the clubhouse at any time.
  • Vendor must accompany non-resident guests at all times.
  • All persons using the facility do so at their own risk.

I attest that I am a non-resident of the Seven Oaks Community Development District and agree to abide by the terms above while participating in a class.

Step 6Liability Waiver and Emergency Authorization

I understand that one-on-one athletic and personal training with Youth Power Performance, LLC may include running, sprinting, acceleration, deceleration, jumping, landing, change of direction, coordination, mobility, bodyweight strength exercises, resistance exercises, conditioning, and other physical activity.

I acknowledge that participation in physical training carries inherent risks, including muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, falls, collisions, overuse injuries, heat-related illness, cardiovascular events, and other injuries that may be serious. I understand that reasonable safety precautions and coaching practices can reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk.

I voluntarily assume these risks for the minor participant named in this form. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Youth Power Performance, LLC, its owner, trainers, coaches, staff, agents, contractors, and training location partners from claims or liabilities arising from normal participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I certify that the medical information provided is accurate and complete. I agree to immediately disclose any injury, illness, pain, restriction, medication change, or health condition that could affect safe participation. I understand that YPP does not diagnose injuries, provide medical treatment, or replace the advice of a licensed medical provider.

If emergency care is reasonably necessary and the primary contact cannot be reached, I authorize YPP to contact emergency services and arrange reasonable emergency assistance. I accept responsibility for any resulting medical or transportation costs.

I understand that no specific improvement, athletic result, team placement, scholarship, weight change, or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Step 7One-on-One Training Policies

  1. Training is by appointment only. A requested date or time is not confirmed until YPP approves it.
  2. Payment is required before the scheduled session or package begins unless YPP approves another arrangement in writing.
  3. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session.
  4. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged or deducted from the client’s package. Exceptions may be made by YPP for emergencies or unsafe weather.
  5. If YPP cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled and will not be deducted from the client’s package.
  6. Clients who arrive late will receive the remaining scheduled training time. The session may still end at the original time.
  7. Training packages are assigned to the registered client and cannot be transferred or shared without written approval from YPP.
  8. Package sessions must be completed within the expiration period communicated at purchase. Unused or expired sessions are not refundable unless required by law.
  9. The client must follow all coaching instructions and safety rules. Unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior may result in the session ending without a refund.
  10. For minors, the parent or guardian is responsible for safe drop off and pickup. YPP is responsible for the athlete only during the confirmed training appointment.
  11. Outdoor training may be adjusted, relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled because of weather, field conditions, safety concerns, or location availability.
  12. Training goals, programming, exercises, and progressions are determined by YPP based on the client’s current ability, health information, and demonstrated needs.
